Reform Provisions for National Education Pensions: A Closer Look

The pension reform, adopted on March 20, 2023, provides for two measures specific to National Education. From now on, teachers and school teachers will be able to retire as soon as they meet the age requirements and will no longer have to wait for the end of the school year. On the other hand, it will now be possible, “for teachers, inspection staff, contractual and approved teachers of private establishments under contract, to remain in office at their request, if the needs of the service justify it, until ‘at the end of the school year’.
