“As we look ahead, we know that cuts to education funding are imminent, along with potential changes that impact protections for students with diverse gender identities and expressions, as well as initiatives that promote equity and inclusion. These changes may also affect undocumented families in our community, adding new challenges for some of our most vulnerable students,” he adds.
