A carefully packaged smartphone, a 120W adapter with a USB-A/USB-C cable and a basic black silicone case await the user in a white box of standard dimensions. Considering the attractive design of the smartphone, it is perhaps a bit of a shame that the case is not transparent, but this is also the only complaint that can be mentioned.
Stylish design and high durability
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ arrived in the “Aurora Purple” color design, which combines four subtle color shades on the back. The lower part of the back is purple, while the upper part with the cameras or the distinctive LED lighting is pastel blue, green and white. The back side looks really stylish, which is why it would be a shame to hide it by putting on the mentioned black case. Also available in “Midnight Black” and “Moonlight White”.
The novelty has a premium impression, despite the fact that it has “only” plastic frames. The sides are rounded, so it’s comfortable to hold, the buttons on the right side (power off and volume control rocker) can be very easily felt, and there’s also high IP68 resistance. This means that the Remi Note 13 Pro+ is not afraid of dust or water
A display that will satisfy even the most demanding
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ could also impress thanks to its top-notch display. It is specifically a 6.67″ CrystalRes AMOLED, which of course has a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a high resolution of 2,717 × 1,220 pixels and a brightness of 1,800 nits. In combination with the protective glass Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and support for Dolby Vision, there is little that can be done to the screen We also like the very thin frames and the quick response of the fingerprint reader accompanied by a high-quality haptic response. In combination with the stereo speakers, the new product presents itself as a great “multimedia” smartphone.
The manufacturer opted for a 4nm Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset with the ability to record video up to 4K with 30 FPS, a Mali-G610 MC4 graphics unit, support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. Of course, there is also support for eSIM and a slot for two nanoSIMs, both active SIM slots count on 5G. The presence of up to 12 GB of RAM in combination with 512 GB of storage deserves praise, but there will also be a version with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, always in a combination of LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1.
