Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Redmi Note 13 was officially launched in China last week. This series comes in 3 models, namely the regular version, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus.
Like the previous year, the Redmi Note 13 is also projected to be present in the global market. Currently there is no clear confirmation.
However, a top leaker revealed Xiaomi’s plans to launch the Redmi Note 13 Pro as a Poco cellphone outside China, quoted from GizmochinaMonday (25/9/2023).
Almost all Poco cellphones on the market currently are relabeled Redmi cellphones. For example, Poco F1 to Poco F5.
Leaker Kacper Skrzypek said the Redmi Note 13 Pro will also be labeled as a Poco cellphone outside China, including Indonesia. However, until now it has not been confirmed whether this cellphone will be brought to Indonesia or not.
Previously, the Redmi Note 12 was present in Indonesia with the same label, aka not borrowing the Poco brand.
According to Kacper Skrzypek, although there is a possibility that the Redmi Note 13 Pro will appear as a Poco cellphone on the global market, the specifications will be exactly the same.
It is not yet clear which model of Poco cellphone will replace the Redmi Note 13 Pro in the global market. However, it is strongly suspected that the cellphone is none other than the Poco X6 Pro. Previously, the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition was brought to the global market as the Poco X5 Pro.
Redmi Note 13 Pro is a fierce mid-range cellphone. This cellphone is equipped with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset with 4nm architecture.
The screen is 6.67 inches AMOLED type with a punch hole for placing the front camera. The screen has a resolution of 1.5k with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a brightness level of 1,600nits.
Redmi Note 13 Pro has a 200MP main camera, 5,100 mAh battery capacity, and support for 67W fast charging. In China, the Redmi Note 13 Pro is priced starting at 1,499 yuan for the 8/128GB configuration or the equivalent of IDR 3.1 million.
