In the center of the plot is a well-known hero. He falls in love with the merchant’s daughter Nastya. But the insidious parents do not want to give their beauty for a fool and try to poison him. Ivanushka pretended to be dead, and the girl, having learned about the death of her lover, lost her senses. To awaken Nastya, a miracle was required. And Ivanushka went in search of him.
This fairy tale fell in love with the audience because of the interesting and instructive plot, as well as because of the stellar composition. It starred Elena Proklova, Vladimir Etush and Mikhail Boyarsky. The main musketeer of the country got the role of the horse thief Fyodor Ivanovich in the fairy tale, with which he brilliantly coped.
