A few months ago we told you about the guys from Kaskote Calcos who, as dealers and great car enthusiasts, often go hunting for iconic cars from the past to fix and then sell to customers.
Towards the end of March they found a dealership that had been closed for decades in Avellaneda, Argentina, and were forgotten inside. Fiat Uno, Tempra and Ducato type, one Alfa Romeo 33 Station Wagon and a Peugeot 405.
Recently, one after the other, almost every example of those just mentioned has been refurbished and sold to the highest bidder through an operation which we can only praise, especially for the preservation of cars that have made history of Italian motoring. In closing instead, just to stay on the subject, we refer you to the recent one concerning one Fiat Uno from 1996, reached 2020 with just 900 kilometers routes overall. The condition of the small sedan is excellent, and the price is by no means prohibitive. We cannot fail to mention the very rare Cizeta V16T which belonged to the Sultan of Brunei and just went on sale in Miami.
