A Redditor on the World of Warcraft sub-Reddit has managed to trick the AI bots that crawled the site for news stories into believing that Glorbo is a real feature and will be introduced into the game.

Then, a media outlet mentioned it in a now-deleted article titled “World of Warcraft Players Excited About Glorbo’s Intro.” Glorbo sounds like it came straight out of those Rick and Morty interstellar TV episodes. If it had tried, it couldn’t have been more fake, but it’s interesting that AI bots looking for news stories can be manipulated in this way.
