But the taste buds certainly danced more in Graz – after all, it was all about getting the “Red Rocket” ready for takeoff. What recently happened was that the new lifestyle drink of the same name took off. Starting pad: the coffee roasting company “Paul & Bohne”, the subsidiary of the traditional bakery “Sorger”. Motor: a cascara tea drink that consists primarily of coffee cherries, pink pepper berries and hibiscus flowers – so it contains caffeine and is therefore “stimulating”, as they emphasize. Technicians and inventors in the background: Paul Sorger-Domenigg and Christoph Klescher, driving forces in the roastery, as well as Paul’s cousin Albin.
