There’s no internet at home and on the modem stands a worrying one Red light? Rome, Milan, Florence, Naples, Turin, Verona, Padua, Brescia and we could go on further: there are many emails that arrive to report a down to the TIM fixed network, in general. A decidedly important and generalized problem, on which TIM is certainly working.
No need to blame cables, modems, reboots or anything else. The problem is now known, with a peak in reports that began this morning at around 4 pm. Waiting for an official TIM press release or any information on the reasons for the down, all that remains is to wait and organize in another way, if possible. We will not fail to update you as soon as we know something more.
