The Belgian music festival Rock Werchter has added Red Hot Chili Peppers to its line-up. The American rock band will give a concert on Sunday, July 4, 2021, the organization announced on Friday.
Earlier it was announced that Pearl Jam, Gorillaz and Rag’n’Bone Man are on the program. Performances by Twenty One Pilots, The Lumineers and Thom Yorke have also been announced. More names should appear soon.
Red Hot Chili Peppers are now also on the program of Pinkpop 2021. The band would originally have been there this year.
Rock Werchter is said to have taken place this year from 2 to 5 July, but the 2020 edition could not take place due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The festival is due to return in 2021 from July 1-4. Ticket sales have now started.
