Remaster Red Dead Redemption finally confirmed for release PC after many rumours. Scheduled release for October 29thbut many fans were not very happy with the news, considering the unreasonable price 50 dollars for a game 14 years ago.
However, in some aspects Games from Rockstar was able to make the PC port of Red Dead Redemption even better than the version for PlayStation 5.
This comes from a video comparing the visual differences between the Red Dead Redemption remaster on PC and PS5. If you start from the frames above, you will see that PC has better drawing speed, lights and shadows. Also, at the 1:04 mark dust particles can only be seen in the PC versionand at the 1:17 mark light also passes through cracks in the wall only in the PC version. However, there are some places where RDR looks a little better on PS5 because the color looks a little off on the PC version.
Apparently, Rockstar did not limit itself to a simple port, but made some improvements to the PC version, but some believe that the cost is still too high for an old game.
