With sales of 50 million copies, Red Dead Redemption 2 ranks among the 8 best-selling video games of all time, second only to Mario Kart 8.
The rest of the list is filled with some big names in gaming like Minecraft, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Tetris, and another Rockstar hit, Grand Theft Auto V.
Taking players into the story before the events of the original Red Dead Redemption 2, Red Dead Redemption 2 tugged at many heartstrings and was praised by critics and general audiences upon its release in 2018.
We don’t know if Red Dead Redemption 2 will climb further into the bestseller list, but with Rockstar ditching Red Dead Online to develop Grand Theft Auto VI, that might be a bit less likely.
