Suara.com – A total of 56 employees of the Corruption Eradication Commission (NCP) will be officially dismissed on Thursday (30/9/2021). 2 days before the day of dismissal, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) approved the proposal National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo so that the 56 KPK employees are recruited to become the state civil apparatus (ASN) of the National Police.
Listyo said that his party sent a letter to Jokowi last Friday. The letter was sent with the intention of meeting the needs of the Polri organization, in which 56 KPK employees who did not pass the TWK would be placed in the Directorate of Corruption, Criminal Investigation and Criminal Investigation of the Police.
Listyo’s request was then welcomed by Jokowi through the Minister of State Secretariat (Mensesneg) Pratikno.
“He (President) agreed to the 56 KPK employees to become National Police ASN,” Listyo said in a video press conference in Papua, Tuesday (28/9/2021).
After receiving the green light from Jokowi, Listyo will coordinate with Menpan RB and BKN. He said the coordination process was ongoing.
“What is the mechanism, until now it is being discussed to be able to recruit the 56 to become Polri ASN,” he said.
57 KPK Officer Dismissed
The KPK officially announced that it would honorably terminate 57 KPK employees who did not pass the TWK on September 30, 2021.
As many as six KPK employees who were given the opportunity to participate in state defense training will also be dismissed along with 51 KPK employees who are declared to have had red report cards because they did not pass the TWK.

“Against 6 KPK employees who are declared ineligible and given the opportunity to take part in education and training to defend the state and national insight, but do not follow it, they cannot be appointed as state civil servants and will be respectfully dismissed as of September 30, 2021,” said Deputy KPK Chairman Alexander Marwata at the KPK Red and White Building, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Wednesday (15/9/2021).
“Resigning with respect to 51 KPK officers who were declared unqualified as of September 30, 2021,” he added.
The announcement of the retrenchment of 57 KPK officers was expedited by the KPK. KPK officers who do not pass the TWK should complete their term of service as KPK officers on 1 November 2021.
As is known, initially there were around 75 KPK employees who did not pass the TWK which was held by the Ministry of State Personnel Agency (BPK) of the Republic of Indonesia.
However, there are around 24 KPK employees who can take part in state defense training so that later they can join TWK to become ASN. Meanwhile, 51 other employees cannot be helped. Because it is considered TWK results get a red report card. Thus, they cannot take part in national defense training.
