Coach Ji-hoon Kim debuted in the 1st team wearing a Samsung uniform in 1999 and played for KIA in 2001-2004. Until last year, he served as the executive battery coach.
Coaches Kim Joo-chan and Yoo Jae-shin played active roles until last season. Coach Joo-chan Kim left a record of batting 30%, 1887 hits, 782 RBI and 1025 points in his 1778 games. Coach Yoo Jae-shin played an active part like Altoran in every game.
After retiring from Doosan in 2019, coach Jeong Byung-gon began her second life as a coach at Gyeongbuk High School last year.
Doosan Bears plans to decide the positions of new coaches in the future.
