recovery protocol for Leagues and Districts • Actufoot • Pro / amateur football news

With the approach of the first round of the Coupe de France, which will take place in about two weeks, the clubs were waiting for the officialization of the health measures issued to the Leagues and Districts by the FFF. Within his protocol, the authority specifies in particular the conditions of reception of the public: “Health Pass control must be carried out within the framework of the number of people authorized in the enclosure by the public opening decree on condition that the stadium is closed with an access reserved exclusively for the access of spectators coming to attend. to the football match. If this is not the case, public access will not be subject to the possession of the health pass “.

The French Football Federation also provides details concerning the wearing of the mask, which can be regulated by the Leagues and Districts: “Local communities or prefectural authorities depending on the local health situation may be required to impose the wearing of a mask”

From a referent to a Covid team

The players in the field will be subject to the mandatory presentation of the health pass (players, coaches), verified by a Covid referent who will see his missions renewed this season: “Each club appoints a Covid Referent whose mission is to verify the proper implementation of all the provisions of this protocol and to be the privileged interlocutor of the authorities and bodies on this subject. “

Finally, the constitution of a Covid cell or team is recommended to ensure the proper transmission of information and the checks that must be carried out: “It is advisable to have a Covid Team. A member of this Covid team must be present at each training or home game of his club in order to coordinate the access control on the site, verify the application and the respect on the site of sanitary measures throughout the duration of the event, recall the measures in the event of non-compliance being noted and check the sanitary passes for all license holders entering the stadium “.

When is a match postponed?

The protocol also highlights when a meeting can be postponed. Two scenarios come into play.

1. From 4 new positive cases of players over 7 rolling days (in Futsal, from 3 positive cases)

2. The ARS imposes isolation of the team for 7 days.

Be careful, however, in the Coupe de France no postponement is allowed. The team with positive cases will simply be out of the competition.
