Recovery plan – Call for projects – Shared and collective gardens – 2021 – Gironde

Updated on 03/18/2021

Within the framework of Recovery plan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food has decided to encourage the development of shared or collective gardens aimed at the production of fresh products (vegetables, fruits, animal productions, etc.) intended for human consumption. These productions are not intended to be marketed. The participation of the inhabitants in the life of the garden and the management of the site are an integral part of the project.

A budget envelope of € 450,000 is available for the department of Gironde.

Scope of the Call for Applications

The beneficiaries of the aid can be associations of shared or collective gardens, local authorities or their groups, public or private social landlords.

The system is open in urban or peri-urban areas: municipalities located in “city attraction areas” (INSEE definition) or selected under the “small towns of tomorrow” program. The list is published in appendix 3 of the specifications (see below).

Submission of applications

Starting the March 18 until December 31, 2021 (last deadline).
