3. Keep the body hydrated
The phlegm that collects in the throat is very uncomfortable. Therefore, keep the body hydrated. You can drink warm water, soups, teas, herbs and kadha which can relieve phlegm.
4. Regular exercise
Even if the body feels weak and tired, exercise can help restore your health condition. Start with light exercise and slowly increase it. Exercise can help improve lung function and remove phlegm from the throat.
