(Boursier.com) — In the 4th quarter of 2022, the consolidated revenue of Known amounted to 18.1 million euros, a solid increase of +21.2% (-1% in pro forma at constant exchange rates).

Cumulatively for the 2022 financial year, Bilendi posted record consolidated revenue of €61.5 million, up +39.5% compared to 2021 (+6.2% pro forma at constant exchange rates) . This record comes after a remarkable year in 2021, characterized by growth of 29%, including 21% organic alone.
In 3 years, since 2019, the company has thus almost doubled its turnover from 32.4 ME to 61.5 ME (x1.9), representing a weighted average annual growth (CAGR) of 24%. Over a longer period, since 2014, the CAGR is 22%.

Perspectives

Building on this successful year 2022 despite an uncertain environment, Bilendi remains confident to maintain a growth trajectory in 2023 by capitalizing on its solid fundamentals, reinforced with the acquisition of Respondi AG.

Bilendi thus reaffirms its ambition to achieve a turnover of 100 ME by 2026, and an Ebitda of 20 to 25% of turnover, ie 20 to 25 ME, combining organic development and targeted acquisitions.
