Club Brugge signed Roman Yaremchuk this summer for around sixteen million euros. The Ukrainian ex-AA Gent player could not confirm yet.
In 21 games, he only managed to score twice and deliver three assists, not enough for a player with his price tag. Report now Record that Benfica has already earned an extra million euros from Yaremchuk.
They reportedly get that bonus for qualifying in the Champions League. According to the Portuguese news channel, another two million euros would be added in variables and bonuses.
Benfica would also claim ten percent of the resale price, if it exceeds ten million euros. In total, the transfer amount for the striker could therefore amount to more than twenty million euros.
