Record speed cameras: motorist fined for exceeding the speed limit by 0.20 km/h

D’Agata himself concludes: «If the Court of Cassation also recalled with order 3698/2019 that no fine should be imposed on those who slightly exceed the limit, the investigating body takes note of what happened and arranges for the annulment of the report with the administrative appeal without the unfortunate person must contact the justice of the peace and also pay the cost of the unified contribution which is practically close to that of the entire report if paid within five days».
