CoolGeek, which sells record players, has developed “VS-01”. Pre-sale has started on Kickstarter. The system is equipped with not only turntables but also speakers, and features a simple Scandinavian design.

Design to show spinning record

CoolGeek took note of this by placing the turntables upright for easy viewing of records. Looking at the rotating record makes it easier to immerse yourself in the world of music.

Ortofon OM5E is installed in the cartridge. It draws out modern sounds from the old music medium of records.

The “VS-01” is equipped with a 5W mid/tweeter hybrid driver x2 and a 30W deep bass unit. Combined with a HiFi amplifier, it provides high quality sound.

retro look

The VS-01 is also characterized by its retro-looking body design that looks like a record player (?). The front face has a metal grill design that makes you feel nostalgic. A volume dial is used to adjust the volume, giving it a retro feel.
