Record gas prices, American cargoes change course and come to Europe

ROMA – Europe has never needed gas so much. That exported from Russia is not enough to cover the demand from the Old Continent and prices remain close to historical highs, updated during the week. Thus, attracted by these record prices, it is now the American producers who offer Europe their fuel, diverting the cargoes carrying Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) extracted in the United States across the Atlantic.
