Jordan’s gold came through the weightlifter, Abdul Karim Khattab, in the weight of 88 kg. While the only gold for the Egyptians came through the quadruple Rehab Ahmed in the weight of 55 kg.
On the other hand, the World Championship in Dubai was a witness to the breaking of seven world records, most notably in the Arab world with the Jordanian weightlifter Abdul Karim Khattab, the only Arab who succeeded in setting a world record in the weight of 88 kg, with a lift of 251 kg.
