According to data from the Dubai Land Department, a plot of land for residential purposes in the Burj Khalifa area was also sold for 180 million dirhams.
Real estate sales in the first hour of transactions recorded about 2.41 billion dirhams, as a result of 230 transactions distributed into 168 apartments, 11 villas, and 51 plots of land.
