Morelia, Michoacan; July 8, 2023.- With a crowd of more than 1,400 people at the Chucho Monge Theater of the Colegio de Morelia, the presentation of the play “El Gato con Botas” of the Foro Titerelia was held, making the Government that heads the Municipal President, Alfonso Martínez Alcázar, bring art and culture closer to the north of the city.
The general director, Iván Fernando Barrales Alcántara, highlighted that with the presentation of the work “El Gato con Botas” of the Titerelia Forum, the CM breaks its own record since in the past massive event there were around 1,300 people and the spectators managed to the Chucho Monge Theater -the second largest in the city- is positioned as the most important cultural space in the north of Morelia.
“Thanks to the great talent of Andrea Finck, director of the Titerelia Forum, and her collaborators, this open-air theater was once again filled with magic and fantasy,” said Barrales Alcántara.
Likewise, he thanked the entire Colegio de Morelia team for their great support in carrying out this great event and anticipated that many more will come.
“The CM is culture and we have managed to place it as a space for healthy recreation for Morelian families in the north of the city, thus fulfilling the mandate of our mayor Alfonso Martínez,” he concluded.
