Two lawsuits were filed in the courts of Moscow and St. Petersburg due to the “naked” party. The amount of claims for each of them is one billion rubles, RIA Novosti reports.
In Moscow, a group of citizens led by producer Alexander Inshakov filed a class action against TV presenter Nastya Ivleeva in the Tagansky Court. According to TASS, the application has been registered, but the date for its consideration has not yet been set. Previously, a similar lawsuit was filed in the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, but it was not accepted due to procedural violations.
MTS is named as a co-defendant in the lawsuit. The company itself has a lawsuit, statedthat are not related to this event, and are not its sponsor or organizer, but if necessary, they will present their position in court.
The lawsuit was filed in the Vsevolozhsk City Court of the Leningrad Region by a certain native of the city of Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk Region, a representative of the “Morozov-Zlatoust religious brotherhood,” writes RIA Novosti. The “naked” party, according to the plaintiff, causes her and her minor child “moral, physical suffering, feelings of hopelessness, doom, fear for the future of their children, grandchildren, for the future of Russia.”
The defendants in the lawsuit are Ivleeva, rapper Nikolai Vasiliev (Vacio), singers Philip Kirkorov, Lolita Milyavskaya and Dima Bilan. The plaintiff demands 200 million rubles from each of them.
The amount of claims was a record in the history of Russia, notes RIA News. Previously, the maximum amount of such claims was 333 million rubles, which were demanded to be recovered from Madonna for “LGBT propaganda” at a concert in St. Petersburg in 2012. The claim was rejected.
