Record-Breaking Attendance at Audi Field for MLS All-Star Game Against Arsenal FC

The city of Washington DC was partying on Wednesday night, with Audi Field hosting the All-Star Game. The fans responded by breaking the attendance record, with more than 20,621 fans gathering to watch the MLS stars take on one of England’s greatest teams, Arsenal FC.

The English club brought a great crowd to the stadium and did not disappoint its fans, overwhelming the All-Star team with a score of 5-0.

The goals for the English club were scored by Gabriel Jesús and Leandro Trossard in the first half. While Jorginho, Gabriel Martinelli and Kai Havertz scored in the second half.

Arsenal now travels to East Rutherford, NJ to take on Manchester United in a friendly at that city’s MetLife Stadium, while the MLS stars return to their respective clubs for the Leagues Cup that begins on July 21.
