The third wave of coronavirus would set a new record in our country – the number of people in quarantine. The data curve in the Unified Information Portal clearly shows that their number is growing in the periods that are conditionally called waves, bTV reported.
The first serious peak was at the beginning of the coronary crisis, when the number of patients was many times less. The second peak quarantined was in the fall – November, but even then they did not exceed 40 thousand.
Now, on March 11, there were 57,000 people who had to be isolated, and today there are about 4,000 fewer.
The concentration of the quarantined is in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna, the data from coronavirus.bg show.
People who are in quarantine should isolate themselves for 14 or 10 days, depending on whether they have a positive test or are in contact, or are returning from risky destinations.
Quarantined have right on sick leave, and those without relatives – on the help of social care. In principle, if you violate the quarantine you face a fine and a penalty of “imprisonment”. The address can be checked by law enforcement or RHI.
