The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) doing business as the Boston Planning and Development Agency (“BPDA”), through its Director of Procurement is pleased to publish this Bidding Announcement entitled “Reconstruction of the of Shipyard Park at the Charlestown Navy Yard” (the “IFB”). This IFB is published in accordance with the General State Law (MGL) c. 30, § 39M., as amended.
This IFB package containing the requirements for this project will be available for download on the BPDA Procurement Portal free of charge and in digital print format for all interested parties from October 28, 2024 at 9:00 AM by visiting www.bostonplans.org/work-with-us/procurement.
All responses to this IFB must be submitted by 12:00 noon on November 14, 2024 to: Teresa Polhemus, Secretary, Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) c/o Real Estate Administration, One City Hall Square, Room 900A/Reception, Boston MA 02210.
In accordance with Sections 80-A and 80-D of the Boston Zoning Code (the “Code”), the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”), dba The Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”) gives notice that a Virtual Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 5:30 PM. It will be televised on Boston City TV (Xfinity Channel 24, RCN Channel 13 and Verizon Fios Channel 962). It will also be streamed live on boston.gov.
Such transmission will be carried out to consider the proposed 2021-2025 Institutional Master Plan for Saint Elizabeth’s Medical Center, in Brighton. To participate in this Public Hearing, members of the Public may register through or submit testimony to [email protected]. Emailed testimonials will be read aloud during the hearing.
