Suspect murderer Midwife Sweetha Kusuma Gatra, Dony Christiawan, cried while undergoing a reenactment with the Jatanras investigator team, Directorate of General Criminal Investigation. Central Java Police on Thursday (7/4).
Dony couldn’t help but shed tears after reenacting the murder scene against the victim who was none other than his girlfriend at a hotel on Jalan Dokter Wahidin, Semarang, Central Java.
The scene of the murder by being strangled was carried out by Dony after making love to the victim.
When he saw that the victim was dead, the suspect, Dony, then wrapped the victim’s neck with the victim’s hijab and then bent his legs with the sarong that the victim brought.
After 15 minutes, Dony then took the victim’s body into his car and then dumped it on the Semarang Toll Road KM.425.
“I regret it, sir, I remember the victim. Even though I love him. Indeed, I was emotional when after making love the victim asked the condition of the child I was taking care of at home. regret really, sad until now,” said the suspect Dony accompanied by officers during the reenactment.
In this reenactment, the investigative team performed 30 scenes of events that occurred on March 7, 2022.
On March 7, the victim, who was from Yogyakarta, met and picked up the suspect at the bus stop on Jalan Sukun Banyumanik, Semarang, at around 18:00 WIB, then went straight to the hotel on Jalan Dokter Wahidin, Semarang, to rest and have a date.
This reenactment also features a scene where the suspect, Dony, dumped the victim’s body onto the Semarang Toll Road KM.425 on the same night.
Director of the General Criminal Investigation of the Central Java Police, Kombes Police Djuhandani Raharjo Puro, said that the re-enactment was carried out to complete the investigation file which the Prosecutor would forward for prosecution.
“This re-enactment is a procedure to complete the investigator’s Examination Proceedings (BAP). Here there is also a prosecutor who is present to see the reenactment so that it will be synchronized and can be immediately forwarded by the Prosecutor for prosecution,” said Djuhandani after the reenactment scene on the Semarang Toll Road KM.425 , Thursday (7/4).
Djuhandani also said that during the investigation by investigators, it was also clear that Sweetha’s murder had been planned by the suspect, who had previously wanted to hang the victim with the sarong that the victim had brought according to his order.
“This was a premeditated murder. Initially, the suspect wanted to kill the victim by hanging him with a sarong. So, when the phone made an appointment to meet in Semarang, the suspect ordered the victim to bring a sarong,” added Djuhandani.
From the results of the investigation, the suspect also admitted that before killing Sweetha, he first killed Sweetha’s child, Faeyza Alfarisqi, by torturing, locking her in the room and not feeding her. Faeyza, who was 5 years old, suffocated to death on February 19, 2022 and by the suspect her body was dumped under the Semarang Toll Bridge KM.426 on February 20, 2022.
As reported, the disclosure of this case began with the discovery of the body of an unidentified woman under the Semarang KM 425 Toll Bridge on Sunday (13/3).
To reveal the identity of the victim, the police uploaded a number of items and clothes attached to the corpse to social media and managed to lure residents who had lost family members.
