The senior executive official acknowledged that one of the demands when they arrived at the State administration, they realized that one of the great demands of the people had to do with their own housing, since many Chileans live in tenant conditions. .
“We are happy because we saw the status of progress in two Aires Nuevos projects, which are 50% complete in one and 17% in the other,” so they held a meeting with the Housing Committee, who will be the new recipients of the These new departments with another quality standard, which will be delivered in May of next year.
This housing complex will be made up of 408 houses in total, between the Aires Nuevos project and also Altos Raíces, housing solutions that are intended not only to be a space for one type of family, but also with an apartment for people with disabilities.
“The regional government is seeking the purchase of certain lands in the different communes of the O’Higgins region to contribute to this housing emergency plan with more solutions,” Cardoch indicated.
In figures, the undersecretary of government announced that the national emergency plan is advancing steadily in the region, mentioning that more than 6 thousand houses have been built and another fraction of 7 thousand in execution, leaving another 5 thousand that will begin the process. of execution, so they hope that by the month of March they will reach 50% of the challenges of the Housing Emergency Plan.
