Every day the Upper Austrians worry. Gardeners and florists use their attention to detail to make people feel comfortable. Be it floral greetings for occasions such as birthdays, Valentine’s Day, weddings or for a special achievement – florists always find the right way to express this in the language of flowers. With their green fingers, landscape gardeners in particular ensure that the soul can relax and find peace in their own garden or that public gardens and spaces are designed as functionally as possible for their respective use.
Many of them have been practicing their craft for 25, 30 or even 75 years. The state guild master of the Upper Austrian Gardener and florist, Elke Lumetsberger, congratulates the professional anniversaries together with state guild deputy Wolfgang Meier and specialist group manager Monika Nowotny: “Our gardeners and florists are true everyday heroes and we are proud to honor their achievements. In order to be able to pursue your passion for flowers and gardens for so long, you need not only creativity and passion, but also the courage to face new challenges. The jubilarians have more than proven these three components.”
