Renowned Ukrainian documentary filmmaker and photojournalist Maxim Levin has been found dead north of Kyiv.

Andrei Yermak, chief of staff of the administration of Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky, confirms the finding on Saturday, writes the news agency AFP.
The news was first reported by the Ukrainian Department of Mass Media (IMI) and Levins workplace.
The death must be confirmed by the public prosecutor in Ukraine, writes IMI.
Levin was killed by Russian soldiers during an exchange of gunfire, the public prosecutor said according to IMI.
The renowned photojournalist was found on Friday, April 1, north of Kyiv.
Levin turned 40 years old.
He was last seen on March 13 near Kyiv.
Levin leaves behind a wife and four young sons.
Tuesday, March 22 struck The international organization Reporters Without Borders (RSF) warns that Levin was gone.
– It is known that fighting broke out in the area where he was at work, wrote adviser Anton Gerashchenko in the Ukrainian Interior Ministry on Telegram.
In the weeks before the last sign of life, Levin documented the fighting in and outside Kyiv.

Condolences are pouring in on Twitter and Telegram after the death became known on Saturday.
According to Gerashchenko of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry, at least 12 journalists have been killed during the war so far.
