Speaking at the #GoodKnowledgeGoodHealth webinar series in collaboration with the LSPR Communication & Business Institute, recently, Dr. Rulli Rosandi, SpPD-KEMD, an internal medicine specialist at Good Doctor stated, Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder characterized by increased levels of blood sugar due to disturbances in insulin production, and/or impaired insulin function.
“A person does not immediately become diabetic. Starting from normal to prediabetes then diabetes,” he said as quoted from a press release received by Wartakotalive.com, Saturday (11/12/2021).
