Caluire, Champagne, Chasselay, Brindas, Brignais … 17 municipalities of the Rhône and the Metropolis of Lyon see the State recognize the state of natural disaster for differential movements of land resulting from drought and soil rehydration.
The interministerial decree of June 22, 2021 recognizing the state of natural disaster for differential land movements resulting from drought and soil rehydration that has occurred was published in the Official Journal of July 9, 2021 for:
- the municipalities of Dracé, Lentilly, Sain-Bel and Saint-Germain-au-Mont-d’Or (from April 1 to September 30, 2020)
- the municipalities of Alix, Brignais, Brindas, Bully, Caluire-et-Cuire, Champagne-au-Mont-d’Or, Chasselay, Chessy, Fleurieux-sur-l’Arbresle, Lozanne, Pommiers, Saint-Didier-au-Mont -d’Or, Villefranche-sur-Saône (from July 1 to September 30, 2020)
“The affected victims have a period of 10 days from the publication of the decree to send their insurance company a statement of their losses in order to benefit from the provisions of Law n ° 82-600 of July 13. 1982, relating to compensation for victims of natural disasters“, specifies the Prefecture of the Rhône.
