Slow-braised meat with onions and peppers, fries and a great tartar sauce. This time I used beef neck meat, which is beautifully soft and you can literally cut it with a spoon! The pepper gives the food a slightly spicy touch, and the homemade tartar sauce complements everything perfectly.
