Parfait is a frozen sweet dish that originates from France. You could say that parfait is a distant relative of ice cream, as both are cold desserts, but their preparation methods are very different. This time we offer you to try a berry parfait!
Ingredients for making two parfaits:
- 60 g of cream cheese;
- 4 tsp. sugar;
- 2/3 gl of whipped cream;
- 1 gl different types of berries.
Preparation:
1. In a bowl with a mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar together until you get a smooth, creamy consistency. Fold in the whipped cream.
2. Take two glasses. Put a little cream in the bottom of each glass.
3. Pour the berries on top of the cream.
4. Put the cream again on top of the berries. Berries on top of the cream. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used.
PS If you wish, you can also put a dollop of whipped cream on top of the dessert.
5. Put the sweet in the freezer.
Once it’s frozen, you can judge it!
