Your tasks

• They advise and represent corporations, medium-sized companies and investors from Germany and abroad in national and international company acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings as well as in general corporate law issues
• In M&A / private equity transactions as well as venture capital financing rounds, you are involved in every phase of a transaction. Your advice focuses on the structuring, implementation and handling of the transaction, including due diligence reviews, preparation of contract documentation and negotiation
• In our venture capital practice, you advise venture capitalists during financing rounds as well as start-ups in all phases of company development
• You can expect direct client contact and early responsibility for handling mandates

What you bring with you

• You have completed your exams with above-average grades and are now keen to actively apply your legal know-how in practice
• You are a career starter (m/f/d) or have already gained professional experience in the areas of corporate law / M&A / venture capital
• Your good English skills will enable you to communicate in an international client environment
• A strong interpersonal and tactical sense and enjoyment in advising clients are among your strengths
• Teamwork, strategic thinking and strong communication skills round off your profile
