Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) Corporate / M&A

Your tasks

• As a competent contact person, you will advise our clients on general corporate law issues as well as on corporate governance and contentious shareholder disputes
• In addition, you accompany company acquisitions and sales and represent groups, family businesses and investors from Germany and abroad in strategic projects related to corporate law
• You work in a specialized team and are used to taking on your own responsibility at an early stage

your profile

• You have completed your exams with above-average results and have an in-depth understanding of economics
• Are you looking to start your career or have you already gained initial professional experience in corporate law?
• Ideally, you have deepened your previous knowledge of company law by completing a doctorate
• You are communicative and have very good knowledge of English
