In fact, the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti) has just blocked a number of Binomo’s websites.

Bappebti has been intensively blocking Binomo because it is classified as a web entity in the field of commodity futures trading (SPC) that does not have a license.

Head of Bappebti Sidharta Utama said that the enthusiasm of the community in making transactions in the PBB field during the pandemic was increasing.

“For this reason, supervision and observation need to be tightened to prevent potential losses to the public due to unauthorized advertising and promotion offers in the PBB area and one way to do this is by limiting the websites of these unauthorized entities inaccessible,” said Sidharta. in a written statement, quoted on Saturday (17 // 4/2021).
