Recent Surge in Violent Acts in New York City’s Public Transport System

The city of New York has registered several violent acts in the public transport system in recent days.

One of them happened on Sunday around 2 a.m., when the victim, a 28-year-old man, began to argue with the assailant near the train platform at the 14th Street station in Unione Square.

As a result, he received several stab wounds and himself reported to the hospital in stable condition.

The assailant fled the scene and is being sought by authorities.
