The patrol crew noticed the car around 5:30 p.m., which is why a traffic check followed. The 35-year-old suddenly stated that a drug test could be saved because he had consumed amphetamine and cannabis. As a result, a blood draw was ordered, which took place shortly afterwards in the premises of the police station. The onward journey was not only prohibited because of the alleged drug use; a check also revealed that the 35-year-old does not have the required driver’s license. After the police measures, the man from Bad Orb was released for the time being. Appropriate criminal proceedings will now be brought against them.
