Thursday October 26, around 10:30 p.m., a young man was the victim of a gunshot, at rue Sully, in Dijon.
According to information from Good public confirmed by the public prosecutor of Dijon, Olivier Caracotch, the man aged around thirty was injured in the shoulder blades and calf.
He was transported to Dijon-Bourgogne University Hospital by one of his acquaintances. To date, we do not know the context in which this Dijon resident was injured and do not know more about his state of health.

As a reminder, three years ago, rue Sully was the setting for a shooting. Deadly this time. It was August 25, 2020, around 10:30 p.m., a driver and his passenger, aboard an Audi A3, were the target of gunfire. Their car was stationary, they were chatting with an outside person when another vehicle, a Renault Mégane, arrived alongside them. Hooded and armed individuals had fired on them.
The 34-year-old driver, despite his injuries, managed to drive to the hospital, where he died shortly after. At the time, a witness spoke to our colleagues about Good public of a “surreal, horrible” scene.
