A 4.6 earthquake registered in the Atlantic shook several towns in Galicia this Saturday. The earthquake was recorded in the Atlantic Ocean, about 250 kilometers from the Galician coast, by the National Geographic Institute.
According to National Seismic Networkthe earthquake occurred at 1:45 p.m. and was felt in the towns of Noia, Ferrol, Culleredo, Cambre and Sadaall of them located in the province of A Coruña.
The earthquake was not only noticed in the province of A Coruña, since according to the National Geographic Institute there is evidence that it was also felt in points of the province of Pontevedra, such as Marín or Bayonneand even in Portugal.
