“The loan was granted not only for the construction of the building, but also for the redemption of the bonds in circulation of “Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I”, which were previously issued in the form of a closed issue for the same purpose. We have been cooperating with “SEB Bank” since the establishment of the company, and the conditions offered branch of the bank in Latvia, were the most profitable,” says Andrius Barštis, general director of “Capitalica Asset Management”.

Currently, the construction of the first “Verde” A building is nearing completion. It is planned that the first tenants will move into the office complex this summer – 75% of the “Verde” A building is already leased. The exclusive rental partner of “Verde” is “Colliers”.

The construction of the second building is taking place according to the schedule set by the company. The construction of the first floor connecting the two buildings, including the underground parking, already started last summer. Like the first building, the second one will also have 11 floors, a terrace of 600 square meters with abundant greenery and workplaces outside. At the moment, reinforced concrete structures have already been installed for the building, and the facade works are starting. The expected commissioning date of the entire office complex is set in mid-2023.
