The second semi-final of the vocal show has just finished”Voice of the country-13“, where the names of the finalists who will compete for victory became known.
In the last episode, the cross-battles ended with Ivan Klimenko, so this time it was he who had the opportunity to challenge the coach. The producer relied on the share. Using a bottle of water, Ivan Klimenko chose Nadya Dorofeeva as his opponent.
From the coach’s team, his last ward appeared on stage Veronica Kovalenko. The participant sensually sang the track of the Ukrainian singer KOLA – “Bilya Sertsya”, the author of which is Ivan Klimenko himself. The coach chose this particular composition because he wanted the audience to be able to look into Veronica’s soul.
Meanwhile, Nadya Dorofeeva called for a “cross-battle” Merry Christmas. The girl performed the popular German hit of the singer Ayliva – In deinen Armen. Mayramik opened from the other side and simply stunned the audience with powerful vocals. So Nadya Dorofeeva’s ward won the “cross-battles” with a score of 76 points. Veronica Klimenko lacked only two points to tie the score; the audience rated her performance at 74 points.
The next challenge was made by coach Nadya Dorofeeva. The singer wished that her ward Edgar Yenokyan competed in a cross-battle with a member of Yulia Sanina’s team. By the way, Yenokyan performed his mentor’s hit “Kokhayu, Ale Not Zovsim” on the “Voice” stage. True, the vocalist changed the words and remade the melody to suit himself. Edgar’s number almost fell through. The fact is that the vocalist has problems with vocal connections, so at any moment his voice may simply disappear. However, Edgar took the stage and rocked the audience with an emotional performance.
Yulia Sanina’s team took the stage Galina Pechenizhskaya. The vocalist performed a composition by the famous singer Tina Turner – Why Must We Wait Until Tonight. Galina simply captivated the audience with her powerful vocals. In the end, even though the audience went crazy for Edgar, it was she who made it to the finals. Pechenizhskaya received 88 votes, and Yenokyan – 74.
Coach Yulia Sanina challenged coach Artem Pivovarov. The singer’s team took the stage Kristina Starikova, who performed the freckle “Oh, you little lark.” The girl simply stunned with her performance of a folk song and did not leave anyone indifferent.
Meanwhile, Artem Pivovarov called to the stage Gidayata Seidova. The vocalist sang the song I Surrender written by Sam Watters and Louis Biancaniello. The contestant also gave a powerful performance and also experimented with style. However, this was not enough for Gidayat to qualify for the finals. Starikova received 112 votes, while Seidov received only 52.
This greatly upset coach Artem Pivovarov. During his protégé’s touching farewell speech, the musician could not hold back his tears and burst into tears.
The last to compete in the “cross-battles” of the 13th season were members of the teams of Nadya Dorofeeva and Artem Pivovarov. A participant came on stage from the performer Isabella Ivashchenko. The vocalist sensually performed a track called Infinity. Isabella’s performance was very powerful and sensitive.
But from the team of Nadya Dorofeeva, a military Ukrainian Armed Forces entered the stage Yuri Gorodetsky. The defender sang Vova Geyser’s composition “Brother Ukrainians”. Yuri’s performance was very sensual and emotional. The words of the composition that the military man chose are very relevant and simply touch the soul. Nadya Dorofeeva was especially unable to contain her emotions. The coach began to cry during her student’s performance. The performer could not calm down and even asked for a break. As Dorofeeva shared, she is pained by the price at which every piece of land is given to Ukraine, and that Ukrainian defenders give their lives every day so that peace can come sooner. The audience was also captivated by Yuri’s performance, so it was he who made it to the final with a score of 90 points, while Isabella scored only 37 points from the audience.
In the eighth episode of “Voice of the Country-13” the names of all eight finalists became known. Ivan Klimenko’s team gets to the finals Stasya Chaban. Artem Pivovarov will also be in the final with one participant – Mikhail Panchishin. Nadya Dorofeeva’s team has three participants: Yuri Gorodetsky, Roman Panchenko and Merry Christmas. Yulia Sanina also has three finalists – Vlad Pelikh, Kristina Starikova and Galina Pechenizhskaya.
Watch the final of “Voice of the Country-13” next Sunday at 21:00 on the “1+1 Ukraine” channel. The name of the winner of the 13th European season will be announced on October 29.
