The warning
In the historic square of Bagni there were several groups of young people intent on spending some time, right in front of the fountain which had been vandalized several times in recent times and rearranged on the initiative of Attianese. At the sight of the young people, Attianese invited those present to take care of an object of street furniture owned by everyone. Words which, however, were of little value given that, around 11pm, noises came from the area of the newly rearranged fountain. Attianese, who was nearby with his son, reached the group of boys who were intent on throwing punches and kicks towards the watering hole. This was the starting point for Attianese’s warning, who initially managed to get the young people away from the area.
The aggression
«Up until that moment nothing much had happened, other than the strong rebuke from the undersigned and rude responses towards me and my son. – said Attianese –. Once the boys left, four well-known faces arrived in the hamlet of Bagni, who first began to insult me and then attacked me first with a punch and then with other blows when I was already on the ground. They forced my son to help me by rushing me to the emergency room of the hospital Lower Nocera».
