Rebel Wolves’ Dawnwalker: Former Witcher 3 Director’s New Action RPG Partners with Bandai Namco for Global Release

In 2022, Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, known as the game director for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, announced that he was leaving CD Projekt to start his own studio, Rebel Wolves, where he would start​​​​ he is developing an action game called Dawnwalker. Since then, we have not heard much about this project, but it seems that the status is now very advanced, to the point that it has been revealed that it already has a publisher for global publication.

And it’s no small partner, as Bandai Namco has agreed to distribute Dawnwalker in digital and physical editions for PC, Xbox and PlayStation in the future. The release window has not been announced at this time.

Dawnwalker will be a darkly narrative open-world action-game set in medieval Europe, with a AAA focus. It’s being developed on Unreal Engine 5 and apparently it’s only the first installment in a series, so they have a lot of faith in the project.
