Jakarta – A number of middle-ranking officers (pamen) who were involved in the murder case of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat by former Head of the National Police Propam Division, Ferdy Sambo, have returned to work in the police.
This assignment is contained in Telegram Letter number ST/2750/XII/KEP./2023 dated 7 December 2023 which was signed by the Assistant Chief of Police for Human Resources, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo.
“Changes are made to personnel entering their retirement period. Then there are promotions, increasing experience on tours of duty and tours of areas as well as focusing on preparations for election security and Candle Operations, securing Nataru and maintaining law and order and law and order,” said Dedi in his statement, quoted Friday, December 8 2023.
In this transfer, the National Police Chief reassigned Kombes Budhi Herdi as Head of the National Police’s SSDM Rowatpers Rights Head. Kombes Budhi was previously assigned as Pamen Yanma Polri.
The former South Jakarta Metro Police Chief underwent a special placement (patsus) at Mako Brimob after being judged to have violated the code of ethics regarding the investigation into the murder case of Brigadier Yosua.

Apart from Budhi, the National Police Chief also assigned Kombes Murbani Budi Pitono as Irbidjemensdm II Itwil III Itwasum Polri.
In the Sambo case, Kombes Murbani, who previously served as the former Head of Renmin Divpropam, was sentenced to 1 year demotion and transferred to Yanma Polri.
The National Police Chief also appointed Kombes Susanto from Pamen Yanma Polri to be the TK Intermediate Crime Investigator. II Bareskrim Polri. The former Head of the Gakkum Provost Propam Polri was demoted for 3 years and was detained at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters.

Finally, AKBP Handik Zusen was appointed as Head of Subdivisional Operations Directorate of General Crimes, Bareskrim Polri. Handik was recorded as having been removed from his position as Head of Sub-Directorate for Resmob, Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya and undergoing Patsus at Propam Polri.
