President Commissioner and Director of the Company PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk resigned from his position as of July 28, 2022. This announcement was made by Unilever in the disclosure of information Indonesia stock exchange (IDX), idx.co.id, on Friday (1/7).
Hemant Bakshi as president commissioner of Unilever resigned from his position as president commissioner because he would occupy a new position in a company affiliated with Unilever Indonesia.
“We hereby inform you that the company has received a letter of resignation from Mr. Hemant Bakshi as the company’s president commissioner which will be effective as of July 28, 2022,” the company wrote in an official statement.
In place of Hemant, the company will propose Sanjiv Mehta to fill the post of new president commissioner at the next General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 July.
Meanwhile, Rizki Raksanugaraha as the company’s director did not explain the reason for his resignation.
“We hereby inform you that the company has received a letter of resignation from Mr. Rizki Raksanugraha as director of the company which will be effective as of July 31, 2022,” the company wrote.
Similar to Hemant’s replacement, Rizki’s resignation will be subject to approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for July 28.
